I Just Had to share this one!!!

Helloooooo FFH's (Fellow Freebie Hunters)!

I know it's been forever since I updated my blog.  I told you at the beginning I might all of a sudden disappear for awhile.  Life just gets busy...and, well posting fell to the bottom of the to do list.

I have been continuing to get freebies in the mail even though I haven't actively been signing up for them lately.  These must be ones I signed up for weeks ago.  I even all but stopped couponing for a few weeks other then a few isolated trips for "couldn't pass up" deals.

The past week or so I've been gearing up to start couponing again because some parts of my stockpile have started to dwindle.  It's been such a blessing to be able to grab a deodorant when needed, or a tube of toothpaste, or shampoo.  It's been neat to be able to share my stockpile with friends and family when they are in need, as well as donate some items also.  God has blessed me with all of this, and I feel I should be passing on that blessing whenever I can.

Well, today was the blessing of the month!  I couldn't pass up sharing this one with you:

Yes, I had a few other awesome free deals this week (like 66 free packs of gum), but today topped them all!  Not so much the quantity of products, but the fact that I MADE money and still got all this basically free.

CVS has a great deal on Herbal Essence products right now.  They are $2.99 each, but if you saved the Bogo coupons from the 9/16 SS and the $1/2 from the 9/30 RP, you've got an incredible deal in the making!  They are also part of the P&G spend $30 get $10 ECB promotion.  They are also included in a Mail in Rebate P&G has for $15 back when you spend $50!

Add all the above with other great coupons I had on the Olay and Summers Eve and throw in a Revlon $7 ECB on any 2 products deal...plus 2 $10 off $50 coupons that printed on my register receipts and it was the deal that kept on giving!

I didn't have the patience to figure out how to split transactions to keep my out of pocket next to nothing...so I did have to actually spend $25.70 out of pocket.  But when all was said and done I walked away with $53 in ECB plus I think I went over $100 retail (before coupons) in beauty products, so I should be getting $10 in Beauty Club ECB's next time I scan my card.  I can also turn my receipt in to the P&G Mail In Rebate for another $15 for spending $50 on their products.

Bottom line...I spent $25.70 out of pocket for over $100 retail of items.  I then got back $53 ECB immediately.  I should be getting $10 more ECB from beauty club in a few days and another $15 from the mail in rebate in a few weeks.

Total a net profit of $52.30!!!

Nite FFH's!
