Helloooooo FFH's (Fellow Freebie Hunters)!
I know it's been forever since I updated my blog. I told you at the beginning I might all of a sudden disappear for awhile. Life just gets busy...and, well posting fell to the bottom of the to do list.
I have been continuing to get freebies in the mail even though I haven't actively been signing up for them lately. These must be ones I signed up for weeks ago. I even all but stopped couponing for a few weeks other then a few isolated trips for "couldn't pass up" deals.
The past week or so I've been gearing up to start couponing again because some parts of my stockpile have started to dwindle. It's been such a blessing to be able to grab a deodorant when needed, or a tube of toothpaste, or shampoo. It's been neat to be able to share my stockpile with friends and family when they are in need, as well as donate some items also. God has blessed me with all of this, and I feel I should be passing on that blessing whenever I can.
Well, today was the blessing of the month! I couldn't pass up sharing this one with you:
Yes, I had a few other awesome free deals this week (like 66 free packs of gum), but today topped them all! Not so much the quantity of products, but the fact that I MADE money and still got all this basically free.
CVS has a great deal on Herbal Essence products right now. They are $2.99 each, but if you saved the Bogo coupons from the 9/16 SS and the $1/2 from the 9/30 RP, you've got an incredible deal in the making! They are also part of the P&G spend $30 get $10 ECB promotion. They are also included in a Mail in Rebate P&G has for $15 back when you spend $50!
Add all the above with other great coupons I had on the Olay and Summers Eve and throw in a Revlon $7 ECB on any 2 products deal...plus 2 $10 off $50 coupons that printed on my register receipts and it was the deal that kept on giving!
I didn't have the patience to figure out how to split transactions to keep my out of pocket next to nothing...so I did have to actually spend $25.70 out of pocket. But when all was said and done I walked away with $53 in ECB plus I think I went over $100 retail (before coupons) in beauty products, so I should be getting $10 in Beauty Club ECB's next time I scan my card. I can also turn my receipt in to the P&G Mail In Rebate for another $15 for spending $50 on their products.
Bottom line...I spent $25.70 out of pocket for over $100 retail of items. I then got back $53 ECB immediately. I should be getting $10 more ECB from beauty club in a few days and another $15 from the mail in rebate in a few weeks.
Total a net profit of $52.30!!!
Nite FFH's!

I'm back with lots of free stuff to share!
I'm finally back Fellow Freebie Hunters (FFH's),
You know how it goes...one day runs into the next, and before I knew it I was weeks behind entering all the free samples I got in the mail and the tons of free things I got out shopping over the weeks. I kept meaning to do a post, but the more things I was behind, the more I procrastinated and the harder it was to do. Then add to that some sad news (my daughter was fostering 4 kittens for a local shelter that came down sick, and 3 died).
But I decided perfect and complete or not...I'm going to just go ahead and update what I can remember, and what I took pictures of, and the rest will have to be added later or I'll never do a blog post!
So let's get to it: (Things are not necessarily posted in the order I got them)
I got these cute nail decorations from Dollar General for free using a $1 off coupon I printed the computer.
I couldn't remember if I posted this pic before. This was a combination haul from Walmart and CVS and Whole Foods.
The Kiss my Face small olive oil soaps were a MM (money maker) at Whole Foods. There was a printable $3 off Manufacturer coupon which I stacked with a Whole Foods Store coupon for $1 off any Kiss my Face product. The small bars were $2.99 which made for a $1.01 MM! The overage went to my other purchases like organic produce! The large bars were nice because they came in other fragrances like the lavender I got. It was $3.99 so it was still free.
The glasses cleaner and cloth were free from Walmart's vision center with a coupon you can print from their website.
The 3 Bayer aspirin were MM's from Walmart. They were $2.22 each and I had a $3 off MQ (manufacturer's coupon) for each. So they paid me .78 each to take them!
The citronella candles were also from Walmart. They were .97 and I had a $1 off any Cutter product coupon making them a .03 MM!
The 2 Nivea creams were from CVS. They were .99 and the Red Coupon Machine was printing $1 any Nivea hand or body lotion that week making them free.
The Sebamed cream was also free at CVS. They are .99 and there is a $1 off MQ making them free.
The Reach Dental Floss is from Walmart. It is .97 and I had a $1 MQ making it a .03 MM.
Finally the assorted Sally Hansen nail treatment items were .97 at Walmart and I had $1 off MQ's for each making them all .03 MM's.
Here are a few of the Free Samples that have come in the mail lately...
To the left is a sample of DHA from Nordic Naturals.
To the right is a Free pair of drinking straw glasses I got from 1SaleADay for free! I also won a bottle of Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar from Star foods. It came with a $1 coupon and recipe book. I'm thankful to get a free gift...but I was a little surprised they were soooo small LOL!
To the left is a sample of Lanacane Anti-Chafing cream plus a coupon.
The other day Starbuck's was having free Refresher's. I had a Very Berry something or other...it was really good! It had fresh blackberries and Hybiscus.
I have a Hess App on my Iphone. They periodically send me coupons and deals. Today it came up and said it was "Milk Chocolate Day". I had no idea lol. So there was a coupon on my phone for a free Hershey bar and a free Monster drink. I normally wouldn't make a special trip for a few things like that because Hess isn't very close to me, but it does happen to be right across the street from the Target I was going to...so it worked out perfect! If you have a smartphone that can do Apps, you should give this one a try.
This was my combination haul from today. I wasn't really planning on shopping today, and had no list. I had to get out of the house because they were working on replacing part of our roof, and the noise was driving me batty! So I grabbed my coupons and ran! This is what I came home with (well the free things anyway) after all day out.
I went to CVS for the 6 Milky Ways. I had 3 Red Machine CVS coupons for $1/2 Mars candy bars and they were on sale for 2/$1 making them free. I added a printable MQ from coupons.com for .75/2 Milky Ways and they paid me to take them!
I also went to 2 different CVS and got 2 Accu Check Nano Blood Glucose meters for free. They were marked down from $19.99 to $9.99 and CVS mailed me a $9.99 coupon for one. The other was in the paper this weekend (I get my Sunday inserts on Saturday in the Sun Sentinal). These are great to donate.
The Glade air freshener was $2.99 on sale. I had a $2 off coupon, plus there was a hang tag saying TRY ME FREE! So I will get back $2.99 in the mail! A $2 MM!
The men's body wash was from CVS. I had a $2 off any CVS bodywash. It was $2.37, but I had 20% off so it made it free.
The Simple eye make-up remover was $1.99. I had $1.75 off CVS coupon, but with the 20% off it was also free.
The vinegar was from Target. It was $1.16, and I had $1 off coupon. But with the overage form other items it was free.
The Girl scout cookie lip smakers were on clearance for .74 each. I had a $1/2 Lip Smaker coupon. This made both .48 or .24 each. But with the overage on the dog treats they were also free.
The Snausages were a great deal. I had a BOGO coupon that for some reason scanned more then the price. The must have been on sale. Plus I had 2 $1.50 MQ. So free dog treats to donate to the shelter! (My dogs can't eat stuff like that).
I stopped in Old Navy and tried my Snap Appy on my Iphone (great App if you don't have it). Sure enough, first spin I got a Snap Five! That is $5 off any purchase. So I found a $2.99 T-Shirt on clearance and picked up 2 candy bars to make my $5. Walked out without paying a penny!
The Good 'N Natural Bar was from CVS. I had an old coupon for a Free Bar, but they never had them in stock. They took my expired coupon.
Finally my nice travel pillow is from Sleep Number beds. They have a coupon for a free travel pillow if you just go in their store and let them find your sleep number. I spend about 15 minutes in the store (most of it comfortably laying on one of their beds lol!), and wouldn't have had to be there that long, but I really wanted to find out about the beds and asked a lot of questions. It is actually a really nice little pillow! (you have to be 18 to do it).
Last minute run to CVS tonight with my daughter. I grabbed my husband's CVS card and scanned it. I got a $1/2 coupon for 2 more free candy bars! I had the 2 .75/2 coupons again (printed off my Iphone this time), and got 4 free candy bars plus $1.50 overage. The 2 Seba Med's were .99 with a $1 off so free. The gummy bears were $1.50 because the smaller .99 bags were all gone, but the nice cashier gave them to me for the .99, plus I had a .30 coupon. So the gummy bears cost me .49 and everything else was free!
WHEW!!! I'm too tired for the recap. I'll add that another time...HA SURE I WILL. Well, I guess that's it for tonight.
Goodnight FFH,
Barb

My free make-up came today!!!
Good Evening FFH's,
This is going to be short and sweet because I can barely keep my eyes open!
This came in my mailbox today. It was a real stumper! I could not figure out what it was. I knew I must have signed up for some freebie online, but couldn't remember ever requesting this! Finally I tracked it down on the 1saleaday.com facebook page and found out it was a free "gift" promised for signing up. It is some kind of sound enhancing cable you put between a TV or CD or DVD player and a sound system. Hmmmmm...not my idea of a gift...but hey, it was FREE! LOL.
I made a quick trip to CVS to get the Simple pleasures candy that the other CVS was out of. They are .67 and they give you back a .67 ECB (Extra Care Buck which is CVS $ you can spend in the store).
I also picked up 2 Nivea creams that were .99. The CVS red coupon machine has been spitting out Nivea coupons this week. I've gotten 3 so far. There is a $1 off hand and body cream/lotion. It works on these little containers and tins. Unfortunately my CVS only had 2 left. But they were free.
The Centrum Pro Nutrients Probiotics is on sale for $9.99. There was a $5/1 coupon in Sunday's paper and I also got a $5 off $10 of any vitamins CVS coupon out of the red machine last week making it totally...FREE!
The Tresemme mousse was not free...but I did have a CVS coupon for $2 off any Tresemme product making it only $1.50!
Finally, my favorite freebie of the day...my Jane Iredale liquid mineral makeup came! I mentioned a few weeks ago that I won it, and it finally came today. It was in such a nice package with a pretty card too. The cost of this makeup is $48! But it was...FREE! I am really excited to try it! I'll let you know how I like it.
Well that's it for tonight. I am soooo tired! Nite!

CVS & Walgreen's Freebie trips!
Hello FFH's,
I hope you all had a great 4th of July! I spent a very quiet one at my parents house with my daughter and our dog Snuggles who is petrified of firecrackers and fireworks. While there I ran out to the Publix down the street from my parents and did a last minute deal on some napkins and Mayo before the sale was over today.
I got 2 more Mitchum Deodorant free at Walgreen's today. The sale is still good until Sat. They are on sale for 2/$6 and there is a $1/1 printable coupon (was on coupons.com a couple of weeks ago, not sure if it's available anymore). You buy 2, use 2 $1/1 coupons and pay $4. Then you get back $4RR (RR=register rewards which is Walgreen's cash). I had a previous $4RR from a Kellogg's cereal deal at Walgreen's so I didn't even have to pay out of pocket except the few cents for the filler item (a .33 caramel). (See Walgreen's info on www.truecouponing.com for more details on their weird coupon policy). The Cortaid was free at CVS with the Free Cortaid coupon I happen to get spit out of the Red Machine when I scanned my card a few days ago. The Ivory Soap was Free with a $1/1 Ivory soap coupon from last Sunday's P&G insert. It was on sale at Walgreen's for .99! Finally, the One Step Scrubbing Bubbles toilet bowl cleaner was part of a deal I did at Walgreen's. (Buy 3 participating cleaning items get back $2RR. Plus of course I had coupons!). One of my coupons was a buy one get one free cleaner...so it was free!
Recap:
Hellmann's Mayo...FREE!
Chinet Napkin's...FREE!
Scrubbing Bubbles Once Step re-fill...FREE!
2 - Mitchum Deodorant...FREE!
2 - 3 Packs of Ivory Soap...FREE!
Cortaid Itch Cream...FREE!
So not a bad day of shopping! Hope yours was good too.

I actually got 2 jars of Mayo and 2 packs of napkins but since only one of each was totally FREE, I didn't picture them. (But I have to tell you I only paid .26 for the Mayo and .19 for the Napkins with store and manufacturers coupons stacked with the BOGO sale!).

A few I forgot...and a New One!
Good Evening FFH's,
I told you I'd probably forget a few freebies from last week...well here are a few of them...
Finally my new freebie I got in the mail today! I'm so excited I finally got my tumbler from the "Brew Over Ice" Facebook page. I had missed the first giveaway and kept watching and was able to snag this one. It is a nice double walled tumbler to keep drinks ice cold in the hot summer, and perfect to use with my Keurig to make iced tea right into the glass! It even came with two straws.
Barb
I told you I'd probably forget a few freebies from last week...well here are a few of them...
This is an "End Cat Bordom" kit I got for Free from the Friskies Face Book page a few weeks ago. You put the paper toy together and it holds the cat treats. My cat actually liked this!
This is a Free re-usable shopping bag (nice big size too), that I got from Staples. Not only do I get the free bag, but I get 15% off anything I can fit in the bag (certain exclusions applied). I got things like folders for my daughter for school next year that were .20 each less the 15%. I got single subject notebooks $1 before extra discount. I got an awesome deal on Starbuck's K-Cups using coupons plus the bag discount. It is going on until 7/4/12 I believe. Go to their website for details on how to print the coupon for this deal.
Not sure if I had this in one of the previous posts...but in the 6/24/12 SS (Smart Source) Insert there was a $3/1 Bayer Aspirin coupon. At many stores, including Walmart you can get this for under $3 making it Free. There were some crazy money making deals going on at Walgreen's that week, but you needed like 7 of the same coupon to do it...so I just got my one free! I don't take Aspirin, so I passed it along to my brother-in-law who takes it regularly. Always get free deals even if you don't use them. You can always pass them along, or donate them.
Well, that's it for now...No mail tomorrow for the 4th...so have a great 4th and I'll post more freebies on Thursday!

I'm back! Wow...so many freebies so little time!
Hello and Welcome Back FFH's (fellow freebie hunters)!
I'm sorry it's been so long since I shared my freebies with you. It started with being busy at church with VBS week, then snow-balled because I had so many things to post I got overwhelmed and my procrastinator tendencies came out in full force lol!
But I decided to bite the bullet and just jump in with both feet and start posting. I figured I'll probably miss some things, because I can't possibly remember everything I got free in the last several weeks, and of course disorganized me didn't keep a list! But it's better than nothing, so here goes. (Keep in mind these may not appear in the order received, and some photos will contain things that aren't free...but I'll tell you below the photo which things were totally free.)
O.k., so rather then individually list all the items in the photos above, I'll just let you look through the pictures yourselves. These are all the free samples and coupons I got in the mail over the last few weeks. Again, there may be a few I forgot to photograph, and if I remember them, I'll add them later. I may also list them out later, but if I wait to do that, I'll never update my blog lol!
Here is a great deal I got...actually on some Venus razors and a cartridge and two Olay Body washes. I actually got others really cheap...but above is pictured what I actually got free! These run around $13 a razor and $18 for cartridges and $7.99 for Olay body wash. So I was very excited to get it all FREE! I won't go into the coupons used etc. since the deal is passed. But if you go to my past post about which Facebook pages to like, I'm sure you heard about the deal from those coupon experts!
What a blessing Old Navy Snap Appy has been! We have gotten so many free flip flops and shirts and coffee cups and misc. candy and goodies! Not pictured, I also got a Snap 10 one week and bought a $10 top to go with a skirt I had. I also used 2 snap 5's I had last weekend to get a friend some flip flops at the $1 flip flop sale (what a mad house!!!), and another shirt for my son and another candy bar. For some reason the app hasn't been working lately. I hope they get it fixed soon!
Here is some toothpaste and whitening floss I got for free at Walgreen's. I think I'm all set on floss and toothpaste for awhile! (you'll see what I mean in the photo further down).
Above are a few items I got FREE at CVS one week. I had two coupons for the free Good 'n Natural bars (which I hate by the way, but got them and gave them to a friend). The electrolyte drink was also free. Says for use to help with hang overs...but has good ingredients for hydration, so even though I don't drink alcohol I decided to get it.
I also won a free Marker from the Bic Facebook page. I'm pretty sure it's still going on (as of 7/3/12) if you go to the page, "like" the page and go to the Mark-It tab. If you don't get a free one you can get a coupon.
Got some more awesome snacks from LesserEvil Snacks. I also won a pair of LE sunglasses the other day but haven't gotten them yet. I've gotten two shirts from them also (not sure if I posted a pic of the second one. Go to their FB page and "like" it, and follow their contests to win free things too! Love LE snacks!
I got two of these blood glucouse meters a couple of weeks ago at CVS when they were free! They were on sale for $9.99 and printed a $9.99 ECB! Even better there is a rebate offer! Great items to donate!!!
This is one of the pictures I was telling you about that has some things in it that were great deals...but not totally free. The only totally free things in this picture are: The Accu meter, the Michum Deodorant, the eye pencil and one of the toothbrushes.
The free things in the above photo are the Sally Hansen nail files, buffers, separators, etc., the floss, the Cutter citronella candle and the Lysol toilet bowl cleaner. The rest was really cheap!
I know I got a bunch of this free...but rather then break it all down, let me say that it was over $200 retail, over $99 taking into account the sale prices, and after the ECB's (extra care bucks, CVS $), and gas cards i got back, my net cost was under $11! Run to CVS before Wed. (7/4/12) for the great deals on Physician's formula. Also the little blue nivea cream tins are free (I got 4 altogether...limit 4 per card), they are .99 and you get $2 ECB back!).
Finally my Walmart haul yesterday. The floss was not only free it was a .03 MM (money maker), and the two Gum periodontal rinse were free. The fly paper was also free. The rest was really cheap!
Whew! So that should about catch us up to today! If I remember anything I'll add it to the next post.
I hope you all had a lot of freebies the last few weeks too! I missed sharing with all of you! Have a great 4th!
